Deborah began her training in 2010 and received her Comprehensive Certification through the Balanced Body Teacher Training and the Pilates Method Alliance. February 2017 she was promoted to Teacher Trainer with Equinox and holds a Equinox Pilates Comprehensive Training Program certificate.

A passionate, attentive and caring instructor, Deborah takes a holistic approach to Pilates fitness that focuses on muscular balance and total body conditioning. Deborah's experience allows her to work and be successful with a broad range of clients. Each workout is tailored to your goals and how you feel that particular day.

Her teaching philosophy is that the same exercises should seldom get easier, but rather harder as the body begins to adapt to Pilates movement principles.

Constantly in pursuit of continuing education, Deborah is trained in:

-Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies, BASI Pilates

-Pre/Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for Menopause, The Center for Women's Fitness

- The Vertical Workshop "Full Body Integration: Functional Anatomy and Pilates Applications Intensives," Shari Berkowitz

-Water Aerobics/ Swim Instruction

-Trigger Point Therapy, Equinox

-Currently working on personal training accreditation through NASM
